Booking of Services

Registration for a service can be done online, by email or by phone.

All payments for services are collected with the confirmation of booking and need to be paid in full.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event that a client cancels with at least 5 days’ notice the client will be refunded the 60% of the fee paid only.

Booking Cancellation

Greatitude reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of this occurring, we will do our best to offer the client a new appointment for service should the client wish to do so.
The client is otherwise entitled to a full refund.

Invoices and Receipts

Greatitude delivers non-vat receipt for all client bookings upon payment.

Only Adults age 18 and above are eligible for the services offered by Greatitude.

Service Format Adherence

Clients of a particular service understand that Greatitude services are required to start on time, and as such, Greatitude can only alter start or finish times to suit individual clients if there is availability.

Antisocial Behaviour

Any client engaging in any act or omission which is deemed antisocial in nature by Greatitude will be asked to leave immediately without full or partial refund.

Wellness Record

Anyone wishing to become a client and of Greatitude must, prior to the first session, complete a wellness intake form and disclose any mental and/or physical issues that could be relevant to the receipt of the services by Greatitude.


It is understood that by agreeing to participate in Greatitude services, clients may be photographed for marketing purposes. These photos will be used for marketing purposes and are property of Greatitude.

Greatitude Materials & Intellectual Property

All Greatitude materials, except for client video and audio recordings, remain the properties of Greatitude, and are subject to copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorised processing of materials and/or properties of Greatitude is strictly prohibited.

Client Video & Audio Recordings

It is understood that by agreeing to participate in Greatitude services, clients may be recorded on audio and video for coaching purposes.

All audio and video footage of specific clients is the property of that client. Greatitude will not, without permission, use any client footage for any other purpose than client coaching.

All video and audio recordings are offered to the clients privately, after which they become the property and responsibility of the client.


Greatitude takes no responsibility for:

1. Any lost items of the Client at Greatitude premises

2. Results achieved by the Client as the latter is solely responsible for his results which is based on his/her beliefs and efforts.


Booking for services offered by Greatitude implies the knowledge and full acceptance of the above conditions.
